Thaw spinach. Get a pan and roast the sesame seeds. Press any excess liquid out of the spinach. This isn't necessary if you are using freshly blanched spinach… Put the drained spinach in a bowl and add soy sauce and sesame oil. Add roasted sesame seeds. Mix well.
Done! Enjoy!
This is a great dish for bentos and lunch boxes! You can make it in advance and even freeze portions if you are really busy, but want to bring a healthy lunch.
