But the frozen version works just fine for this. * 50g of sesame seeds * 1 tablespoon of sesame oil (the good stuff made from roasted sesame, not "sesame flavored oil") * 2 tablespoons of soy sauce ==== Instructions: ==== Thaw spinach. Get a pan and roast the sesame seeds. Press any excess liquid out of the spinach. This isn't necessary if you are using freshly blanched spinach... Put the drained spinach in a bowl and add soy sauce and sesame oil. Add roasted sesame seeds. Mix well. Done! Enjoy! This is a great dish for bentos and lunch boxes! You can make it in advance and even freeze portions if you are really busy, but want to bring a healthy lunch.
